Today we mostly spent the day leaving the far north and went down heading for Mt. St. Helens. On the way we found spectacular beaches with huge mountains of driftwood.
In the far back you can see Mt. St. Helens. When we arrived at the visitor's center today at 5 p.m. they were closed. So tomorrow we will give it another try and then up into the mountains hoping for good weather.
On the way we passed by Silverlake. Beautiful flowers all over and a very quiet scenery.
