Over the garden's central pathway Monet constructed metal arches to support fragrant climbing roses and he planted nasturtiums to creep over the gravel below. Over the years Monet planted with an artist's eye so that today every square centimeter of the garden is filled with an amazing variety of flowers providing a riotcolour, form and shape for Monet's constant quest to capture on canvas.
