Half an hour from Lombok by private boat there are 3 little islands called Gili Islands. This is paradise. A fisherman takes you over to the island you prefer, little boys help their father catch fish and all of the family help to prepare a meal that is fresh from their garden and the surrounding waters.
Snorkeling is what you want to do all day long.
