Church of St Lawrence in Agassaim, Goa-India, was raised by the Jesuit missionaries to the north of the Zuari river, in the year 1565. The church is located at the busy highway that crosses the Agassaim village market place en route to Margao from Panjim. Incidentally, Agassaim is popular for Goan pork sausages.P1350369
